Global Highland is working with a valued client in Inverness to recruit a Small Works Plumbing Manager for an exciting new role. Whether you’re a qualified plumber looking to move into management or already supervising small works, we’re open to experience and keen to hear from motivated, capable candidates. We are seeking an experienced Small Works Plumbing Manager to oversee and coordinate our client’s minor projects, maintenance contracts, and day-to-day service operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified plumber or experienced supervisor who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and organisation, ensuring every job is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule works
- Prepare quotations and materials lists
- Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers
- Provide technical support on-site when required
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
