Hours: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Contract: Ongoing Position
Pay: £13.57, increasing to £14.11 after 12 weeks

Role Overview

You will play a key part in maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards across a large manufacturing site. Working as part of a dedicated cleaning team, you’ll ensure the environment is safe, clean, and fully compliant with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of production areas, machinery, and facilities
• Adhering to strict cleaning schedules and procedures
• Using industrial cleaning equipment and materials safely
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
• Reporting any issues or hazards to management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience (industrial or manufacturing environments preferred, but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and a commitment to nightshift working patterns
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
