The Area Manager drives sales growth and customer satisfaction across multiple Cavan Bakery stores. Responsible for coaching Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering consistently positive customer experiences.
- Oversee sales performance across multiple stores, ensuring targets and growth objectives are met
- Coach and develop Store Managers to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards across all stores
- Implement initiatives to enhance in-store sales and loyalty programs
- Maintain brand standards and promote a customer-first culture
- Oversee and manage all in-store maintenance, ensuring issues are identified, reported, and resolved promptly
- Manage rotas effectively, including holiday approvals and absence management to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer-focused mindset.
