The Area Manager drives sales growth and customer satisfaction across multiple Cavan Bakery stores. Responsible for coaching Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering consistently positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales performance across multiple stores, ensuring targets and growth objectives are met
  • Coach and develop Store Managers to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards across all stores
  • Analyse KPIs, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement initiatives to enhance in-store sales and loyalty programs
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
  • Maintain brand standards and promote a customer-first culture
  • Oversee and manage all in-store maintenance, ensuring issues are identified, reported, and resolved promptly
  • Manage rotas effectively, including holiday approvals and absence management to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Skills Required
