About the Role
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing creative agency to find a Social Content Creative for a brand new role within the business. This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage and play a key role in shaping how social content is developed and delivered across client accounts. The role sits at the intersection of creative ideation, content creation and production, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept through to execution.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, is highly proactive and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing creative ideas and concepts for social-first campaigns across client accounts
- Creating engaging social content aligned to platform trends and audience behaviours
- Shooting content where required (basic filming/content capture capability needed)
- Editing video and social assets for multiple channels
- Translating briefs into content ideas and executions
- Supporting content planning and campaign development
- Keeping up to date with emerging social trends, formats and creator behaviours
- Managing projects autonomously and driving work forward proactively
- Working closely with creative, strategy and client teams to deliver high-quality content
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in social content, content creation, creative production or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social platforms and social-first content approaches
- Ability to generate ideas as well as execute them end-to-end
- Basic shooting / filming capability with confidence capturing content independently
- Video editing skills across social formats
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing priorities independently
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and initiative
- Excited by joining a newly created role and helping shape its direction within the agency
- Agency experience would be advantageous but not essential
