We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to join our team in the following territory: N.W. London, N. Home Counties, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire & Northants. The ideal candidate should reside within the territory and be able to demonstrate the essential drive and commitment to produce the highest levels of customer service to our existing customer base whilst being able to identify and develop new opportunities to grow the business of this dynamic and vibrant company.
You will be responsible for driving retail sales, providing outstanding customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Engaging with customers
- Presenting product options
- Understanding customer needs
- Offering tailored solutions
- Achieving sales targets
- Supporting merchandising efforts
- Ensuring a positive in-store experience for all customers
Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers
- Experience in Relationship Building to maintain and grow client connections effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with carpet or flooring products is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in a retail setting and a results-oriented mindset are advantageous
