Site Manager – New Build Industrial Development
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build development comprising six industrial units. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver the project on time and to the required quality standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven Site Management experience within building and civil engineering works.
- Valid SMSTS certification.
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site programmes, and quality control.
Desirable: Previous experience within the rail industry.
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Site Manager with the experience and qualifications to successfully deliver this industrial development.
