Pay: £300 per day
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (Essential)
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black/White Card
- First Aid
Experience Required:
- Strong experience delivering education and extension projects
- Previous experience working in live school environments
- Proven ability managing large-scale construction works
- Strong subcontractor coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of health & safety requirements
- Experience managing programmes, quality and site documentation
- Ability to lead site teams and drive progress
- Strong communication skills with project teams and clients
Duties:
- Take full responsibility for site management and daily operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site progress
- Manage health & safety, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensure programme milestones are achieved
- Maintain site diaries, reports and progress updates
- Monitor workmanship and quality standards
- Liaise with the client, consultants and school representatives
- Manage site logistics and sequencing of works
- Identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving
- Support successful delivery of the project from start to completion
