Project Manager – New Build
Location: Rotherham but travel round sites
Salary: 50K plus
Project Value: Up to £10m
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new build construction projects up to £10 million.
Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Manage programme, budget, quality, health & safety and project performance.

Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Manage project risks, variations, procurement and commercial performance.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards.

Provide clear progress reporting to senior management and clients.

Lead commissioning, handover, snagging and project close-out.
Experience & Skills
-
Proven experience managing new build construction projects up to £10m.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, programming and project controls.

Good commercial awareness and experience managing subcontractors.

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements.
-
SMSTS and CSCS preferred.

Relevant construction/project management qualification desirable.
