The Role
As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of electrical packages across a range of commercial and industrial construction projects, while supporting the development of your teams and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead site and project teams, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, reporting, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee variations and tender additional works where required.
- Provide technical support to clients and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop project teams, driving performance and professional growth.
- Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Support commercial, design, procurement, and delivery coordination across multiple contracts.
- What You'll Bring
- Qualified Electrical Engineer or equivalent industry qualification.
- Technically sound and professionally trained Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager.
- Extensive experience delivering commercial and industrial electrical projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued in excess of £1 million.
- Strong experience managing project teams, subcontractors, programmes, and commercial performance.
