The Opportunity
We are working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong national presence and an excellent track record delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Build Manager to support delivery across multiple live projects in the Yorkshire region.
Project Overview
You will be involved across a range of schemes depending on experience and preference, including:
- Leisure centre developments in Sheffield
- Kirkgate Market redevelopment
- Bus station project in Huddersfield
- New build school project in Leeds
Projects are typically delivered within live and logistically challenging environments, requiring strong coordination and site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations as a No.1 or senior lead on site
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work packages
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
