Job Title: Civils Site Manager - Highways Paving & Surfacing Project
Location: Shipley
Salary: £250 - £300 per day CIS

Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a highways paving and surfacing project in Shipley. This is a busy role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing highways or civil engineering projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in busy town centre or public-facing environments is advantageous.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
- NRSWA or Temp works card advantageous
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate paving and surfacing works.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
- Liaise with local businesses and shop owners to minimise disruption.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams.
- Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
