Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works across sites in the Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civils, highways or streetworks and be confident managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Key Requirements
- Previous Site Manager experience within civils, highways or streetworks
- SMSTS - essential
- Black CSCS - ideally held
- EUSR 1 & 2 - advantageous
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
- Good communication and organisational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate labour, plant and materials
- Ensure works are completed safely and to programme
- Maintain high standards of health & safety
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and site personnel
- Monitor progress and ensure works meet required standards
