Job Title: Black Hat Supervisor / Site Foreman - Civils
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £250-£275 per day (maximum)

- External civils and groundworks packages.
- Local, experienced candidates preferred.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Black Hat Supervisor / Site Foreman to oversee external civils and groundworks packages on a project at Forgemasters in Sheffield. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and groundworks, with experience supervising site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Black Hat Supervisor or Site Foreman.
- Strong civils and groundworks background.
- Experience overseeing external works packages.
- Knowledge of drainage, sewer systems, kerbing and concreting.
- Reliable, experienced and confident supervising site operatives.
- Ideally based locally in or around Sheffield.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day groundworks and external civils activities.
- Overseeing kerbing, drainage, sewer installations and concreting works.
- Coordinating site operatives and subcontractors.
- Monitoring work progress and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed on site.
- Helping deliver the external works packages to programme.
