Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a new-build retail unit project, running through to February 2027.
The project involves a steel frame structure, with associated cladding works and general construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor programme, quality, and site progress.
- Coordinate trades and ensure works are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or retail construction projects.
- Experience with steel frame structures and cladding works.
- Strong organisational, communication, and health and safety skills.
- Relevant site management qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid).
Duration: Immediate start through to February 2027.
