Caval Ltd in Manchester is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on projects ranging from £200k to £15m. You will manage budgets, forecasts, valuations, variations and final accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
The ideal candidate has proven QS experience in commercial fit-out, a strong main-contractor background (Tier 1 preferred), and a proactive, commercially minded approach.
