Quantity Surveyor
Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Based head office in Lincoln 2 days per week, travel around sites nationwide 3days per week (hotels etc paid)
Day Rate: 330-365 per day depending on experience (CIS or limited company)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our busy and successful client working on their sites around the UK
Key Requirements:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects
- Strong background within civil engineering
- Experience across any civils sector will be considered
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Comfortable taking ownership and working with senior management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial activities across civil engineering projects
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Contract administration and commercial risk management
- Working closely with site teams and senior management
- Developing commercial processes and best practice
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners
