We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to join a well-established infrastructure contractor delivering a variety of construction and rail projects across Scotland. Based in Glasgow, you will take full ownership of projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead civils projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Oversee planning, design coordination, site operations, and progress reporting.
  • Maintain strong commercial oversight, including cost control, forecasting, and change management.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams with clear communication and accountability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and rail partners where relevant.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety and risk management procedures.
