The Company: A Construction & Civil Engineering Contractor with over 50 years' experience.
The Project: As experienced Foreman, you will ensure that the work is carried out on time and to the company quality standards. The work is on a Civils site running 3/4 gangs delivering civils work including earthworks, ducting, drainage, concrete works, etc.
Requirements: For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum:
- First Aid CSCS Card (Required)
- SMSTS / SSSTS (Required)
- Driving Licence
- HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related Construction field (Ideal)
For this role it is essential that you hold the following experience:
- An experienced Foreman / supervisor with a track record of delivering civil packages
The Role:
- Maintain health & safety standards on site
- Complete toolbox talks and other briefings on site
- Managing the workforce, labour and subcontractors in the delivery of general civil works
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure they are working to their own check sheets
- Liaise with site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work stays on programme
