The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of 58 sustainable and energy efficient new homes near Malton. The development comprises affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership properties, including a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses and bungalows. The first plots are now progressing, with groundworks and civils works still ongoing. The successful candidate will oversee the housing build element supporting the team in maintaining programme, quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day site activities
