Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to oversee a highways surfacing project in Lincoln. You will be responsible for supervising day‑to‑day surfacing operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Surfacing Supervisor
- Strong background in highways surfacing projects
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures
- Experience managing surfacing gangs and subcontractors
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- CSCS Card and First Aid qualification preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day surfacing operations
