Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to oversee the successful delivery of a civil engineering project in Stowmarket. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of site management and construction processes
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Good understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate project delivery
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
- Monitor quality, progress, and project costs
- Maintain site records and reporting
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and the wider project team
