Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to oversee the successful delivery of a civil engineering project in Stowmarket. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of site management and construction processes
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Good understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Relevant CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site activities and coordinate project delivery
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
  • Monitor quality, progress, and project costs
  • Maintain site records and reporting
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and the wider project team
