Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work nights on a highways project in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced highways professional looking for a short-term contract with potential for further work.
Key Requirements:
- Proven highways experience
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
- Valid Highways Passport
- Previous site supervision experience
- Availability to work nights
Responsibilities:
- Supervising site activities and workforce during night shifts
- Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
- Coordinating site operations and ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors as required
