The work is various Housing plot works, 278 works / roads & sewers across North Yorkshire / East Riding including Scarborough, York, Malton, Hull Requirements For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum; First Aid CSCS Card (Required) SMSTS / SSSTS (Required) Driving Licence HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related Construction field (Ideal)For this role it is essential that you hold the following experience below; An experienced Foreman with a track record of delivering housing plots works & 278 works The Role Job Title: Foreman Location: North Yorkshire / East Riding Duration: Long Term Duties Maintain health & safety standards on site Complete toolbox talks and other briefings on site Managing the work force, labour and subcontractors in the delivery general civil works Aid in the completion of Safety Plans, RAMS & COSHH Oversee subcontractors and ensure they are working to their own check sheets Liaise with site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work stays on programme For more information or to apply please call Alex (phone number removed) or the Civils Team on (phone number removed)
