Caval Limited in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities on housing projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site personnel, while maintaining stringent health and safety standards and ensuring work is on programme and within budget.
You will lead site inductions, monitor progress, manage quality inspections and liaise with housing associations, local authorities and clients to deliver safe, high-quality affordable housing.
