Job Description

Job Title: Site Manager – Facades\\n Location: Manchester\\n Start Date: Immediate\\n Job Type: Permanent\\n Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance (Pay review after 3-6 months)\\n\\nKey Requirements: SMSTS (Essential), First Aid (Essential), Black CSCS (Essential), strong experience managing façade packages, proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams.\\n\\nRole Overview: Responsible for overseeing a £15 million façade package on a major live project in Manchester, managing up to 32 subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.\\n\\nResponsibilities: Lead day-to-day façade works, coordinate 32 subcontractors, ensure works meet programme and quality standards, maintain health & safety, communicate with client and project team, monitor progress and resolve issues, manage inspections, snagging, handover, and maintain site documentation including RAMS and permits.\\n\\nHiring Immediately.
