The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team.
Working across a wide range of construction projects and sectors, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring strong financial control and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial performance of multiple construction projects.
- Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and profitability.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Review contracts and provide commercial advice to the project team.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide clear commercial reporting to senior management.
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management and commercial processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercially driven with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
