Requirements
- Fit Out & Refurbishment experience, ideally within high-end residential projects
- Trade background
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Managers Card
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and site management
Responsibilities
- Reporting to and working closely with the Contracts Manager
- Procore / Breadcrumb Experience
- Lead the day-to-day running of a high-end refurbishment project consisting of 7 luxury apartments in Manchester City Centre
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries to maintain the project programme
- Carry out site inductions and ensure all operatives comply with Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Review RAMS and issue permits where required
- Monitor progress against the construction programme and assist with short-term and weekly look-ahead planning
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout all aspects of the refurbishment
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily records, work orders, purchase orders and RFIs
- Coordinate inspections, handovers and sign-offs to ensure allocated areas are completed to the required standard
- Maintain clear communication with the project team and report progress, issues and programme risks
