- Prepare and manage tender submissions and cost estimates
- Calculate labour and material requirements for project timelines
- Conduct site visits for measurements and progress valuations
- Source and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Manage budgets through design, planning, and delivery stages
- Recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality
- Identify and mitigate cost and contractual risks
- Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor cash flow and maintain cost reports
- Ensure compliance with contracts and procurement procedures
- Collaborate with project teams to meet financial targets
