The role: Quantity Surveyor Location: London Day Rate: £320.00 / £330.00 CIS / LTD Company Requirements: 5+ Years QS experience Local to London Strong numerical & analytical skills Able to run / Control jobs from £200k – £3mil Familiarity with subcontractor/supplier pricingDuties: Oversee Leisure and hospitality projects up to £3mil Prepare and manage tender submissions and cost estimates. Calculate labour and material requirements for project timelines. Conduct site visits for measurements and progress valuations. Source and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations. Manage budgets through design, planning, and delivery stages. Recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. Identify and mitigate cost and contractual risks. Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts. Monitor cash flow and maintain cost reports. Ensure compliance with contracts and procurement procedures.
