Caval is working with a commercial/fit-out contractor who is looking for additional resources to support a busy maintenance contract. The sites are based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dundee. You’ll play a key role in keeping their clients’ buildings safe, compliant, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending to reactive maintenance calls across a variety of commercial sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Dundee (You can be on call for 1, 2 or 3 of the sites).
- Attending the site to confirm first fix.
- Repairing or providing a quote for additional works required.
- Repairing or replacing sanitary ware, showers, cubicles, pipework, valves, sinks and taps.
What We’re Looking For
- SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating (or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience in FM/commercial environments (desirable).
- Happy to work solely on-call/adhoc as and when required.
- Rate negotiable.
