The Role\\n\\nSite Supervisor / No 2 Site Manager\\n\\nSouth East & London\\n\\n£25 / Hour\\n\\nSupporting the Senior Site Manager on refurbishment works on a key projects in the South East & London. These projects are due to start in January, in the New Year with a view to ongoing works throughout the year.\\n\\nExperience, Knowledge & Qualifications\\n\\nFor this role you must possess the following;\\n\\nSMSTS or SSSTS\\nCSCS Card\\n3 Day First Aid\\nPasma\\nPrevious experience completing projects within a live environment Duties\\n\\nUpdate RAMS\\nCoordinating handovers and sign offs\\nImplement and improve existing procedures\\nLead the day-to-day running of site activities\\nUpdate and check against the construction Programme\\nPreparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc.\\nResponsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site\\nEnsuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans.\\nCommunicate effectively with the client, sub – contractors and senior management team \\n\\nThis is a freelance contract with a competitive rate (£25 – £26 Per Hour – 12 hour days) on offer for the successful candidate.
