Job Title: Facade Estimator \\n\\nLocation: Manchester (Office/ Site Base/Remote) Flexible\\n\\nSalary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance + Package\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nWe are seeking a proactive Facade Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for cladding and facade packages by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role involves pricing materials and labour, obtaining supplier quotes, supporting tender submissions, and working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure competitive and timely bids. The position also suits someone commercially minded who can help identify and secure new facade and cladding opportunities to support continued business growth.\\n\\nKey Requirements:\\n\\nEstimating experience needed\\nA knowledge in Cladding/ Facades/ Fire Safety Works needed\\nNeed to be computer literate on estimation software's and excel/word.
\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nReview drawings, specifications, and tender documents\\nPrepare accurate cost estimates for facade and cladding works\\nMeasure and take-offs for materials and labour\\nObtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations\\nPrepare and submit tender returns within deadlines\\nLiaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams\\nSupport value engineering and cost planning exercises\\nIdentify and pursue new facade and cladding opportunities\\nMaintain pricing databases and cost records\\nAssist with post-tender handovers to project teams \\n\\nIf interested please give me a call on (phone number removed), or email via
