We are currently recruiting for an experienced Highways Project Manager to work on a major road reconstruction in the Spalding area of Lincolnshire. This role will be assisting in a 1.8m active travel scheme to upgrade walking, cycling and similar routes around Spalding. Immediate start for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a hands-on, Site Based position overseeing highways maintenance works, with a strong focus on streetworks and similar, including:
- New cycle lanes
- New road construction
- 278 works
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time
The majority of work will be carried out on day shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Highways PM
- Essential: Highways experience
- Proven experience managing highways and civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
LTD or CIS payment available. Ongoing work ideally suited to candidates who do not require lodging.
