Salary: 55-60k + car allowance (permanent role only)

Role

As a Highways Sub Agent, you will work closely with the project management team on various National Highways sites and ensure the production/review of engineering documentation. You will be assisting with RAMS & Job Packs and more. It will be office based and will lead to a permanent Project Management role. This role would suit someone looking to move from senior site Engineering into a PM role.

Requirements:

  • CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and 3 Day First Aid
  • Experience as a Senior Engineer / Sub Agent on Highways, drainage and civils schemes in the UK
  • Extensive experience producing and reviewing construction documentation (including RAMS permits etc)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site records are accurate and kept up to date
  • Producing permits
  • Produce Inspection & Test Plans and maintain as built records
  • Management of the project quality plan
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
  • Completing QA / QC Documentation
  • Managing the progress of subcontractors
  • Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, Permits, etc
  • Working with the Agents to ensure smooth delivery of highways civils schemes
