As a Programme Coordinator you will plan, coordinate and monitoring asphalt surfacing and Civils schemes across the country.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

Driving LicenceExperience coordinating surfacing, civils schemes or a similar role such as a Streetworks Coordinator

Duties

Monitoring the programme of worksAssigning schemes on the programme to each gangUpdating the programme with delays, cancellations or changes to the original scheduleEnsuring each project has the material order booked and delivery dates are as requiredLiaising with Contracts Managers, Supervisors, Gangs and contractors to confirm timings for schemesCommunicating with internal and external holders in the completion of projectsCreating progress reports, forecasts and other project documentationUpdating internal systemsChecking and approving invoices
