Job Title: Financial Controller – Construction

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial operations within a fast–track Leisure & Hospitality construction company, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Key Duties:

1. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Manage cash flow for project needs.
3. Develop and monitor project budgets.
4. Provide financial reports to senior management.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
6. Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax filings.
7. Collaborate with project managers on financial targets.
8. Prepare cost breakdowns for contracts.
9. Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls.

Requirements:

1. Experience in financial management within the construction industry.
2. Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
