Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and maintain profitability.The Role As the Estimating Manager, you will lead a skilled team to deliver accurate, competitive estimates while adhering to company standards. Duties Supervise a team of estimators to produce high-quality, competitive estimates across a range of contracts. Verify technical information, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols. Compile and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency. Administer additional workstreams, addressing any nonconformance issues. Develop and deliver training to enhance team performance and accuracy. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. Generate management reports to track team performance and profitability.
