- Experience delivering commercial and/or educational fit-out and refurbishment projects
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £50k - £5m
- Support the management of 1-3 live fit-out projects concurrently, depending on size and complexity
- Assist with design coordination, technical detailing, and pre-construction planning for D&B fit-out schemes
- Support day-to-day site management activities, including subcontractor coordination and sequencing of works
- Monitor and update fit-out programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and managing agents throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
- Attend site, design, and client meetings, tracking actions and supporting project delivery through to completion
