What We're Looking For
Relevant Qualifications:- SSSTS
- Electrical background (Gold Card preferred)
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor
- Comfortable supervising large labour teams
- Experience working on commercial or specialist projects
- Used to working on fast paced sites with tight programmes
- Ability to manage between 30-40 operatives (shared between two supervisors)
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Confident running daily briefings and toolbox talks
- Good communication skills with site management and subcontractors
- Able to manage quality, productivity and progress
- Organised and proactive approach to site issues

They have a strong track record delivering commercial and specialist projects, working closely with principal contractors and project teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery.
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for two Electrical Supervisors to oversee site activities on a commercial project near Canary Wharf. The role will involve managing site labour, maintaining safety standards and ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality requirements. This is a short-term requirement for approximately one month.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day to day electrical works on site
- Manage and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are followed at all times
- Deliver daily briefings and toolbox talks
- Monitor progress and productivity on site
- Report issues, delays or quality concerns to management
- Ensure works are completed to specification and standards
- Support site team to maintain programme and handovers
- Maintain basic site records and communication
- Carry out any other reasonable duties to support site delivery
