Requirements:
- British Passport essential due to security clearance procedures
- Must be able to pass BPSS security clearance
- Fit Out & Refurbishment experience
- Trade background
- SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Managers Card
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to and supporting the No.1 Site Manager
- Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
- Carry out site inductions, review RAMS and issue permits where required
- Ensure all operatives comply with H&S procedures, PPE requirements and strict site security
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour and deliveries to maintain programme
- Update and monitor the construction programme, including weekly look-ahead planning
- Prepare site documentation including work orders, purchase orders, RFIs and daily site records
- Monitor quality standards, complete handovers and sign-offs, and ensure successful delivery of allocated work sections
- Maintain clear communication with the project team, providing regular progress updates and reporting any programme risks
