Contracts Manager: My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3-4 shopfitting projects at a time, with job values ranging from £40k to £250k and durations from 1 day to 3 weeks. The role also involves planning and preparing upcoming projects to ensure seamless delivery. Duties include: Managing multiple fast-paced projects nationwide, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Planning and scheduling future jobs, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned. Coordinating with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. Overseeing budgets, procurement, and resource allocation. Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and regulatory requirements. Resolving on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum. Reporting regularly to senior management and clients on progress. Ensuring quality control and delivering snag-free handovers.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in shopfitting, strong multitasking abilities, and be willing to travel across the UK.
