Contracts Manager: My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3-4 shopfitting projects at a time, with job values ranging from £40k to £250k and durations from 1 day to 3 weeks. The role also involves planning and preparing upcoming projects to ensure seamless delivery. Duties include: Managing multiple fast-paced projects nationwide, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Planning and scheduling future jobs, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned. Coordinating with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. Overseeing budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
