We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Supervisor to support the Site Manager on a busy hotel in Birmingham. You'll be heavily involved in day-to-day site operations, including managing the gate, coordinating deliveries, supporting trades to keep the project running safely and on programme.
Key duties:
- Assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations
- Managing site access, deliveries and traffic control
- Overseeing subcontractors and site activity
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Potential inductions when Site Manager is busy
- General site supervision and coordination
Essential tickets & experience:
- CSCS
- SSSTS
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Previous site supervision or Assistant Site Manager experience
