What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant Qualifications: WAMITAB Level 4 (COTC - Technical Competence)
  • Preferred Experience: At least 3-5 years’ experience in operations, procurement, or materials management within aggregates, bulk earthworks, or waste/recycling sectors. Demonstrable experience managing suppliers, budgets, and stock levels. Exposure to regulatory compliance, quality, and safety management systems. Proven experience in procurement, stock management, and materials handling.
  • Key Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skills for office-based operations. Competent in WMS/ERP systems, Excel, and procurement reporting. Analytical approach to stock control, cost management, and operational planning. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
