Production Operative in Consett

We're now looking for a Production Operative with experience of CNC, milling or laser cutting to work with our Laser Drilling team based in Consett, County Durham.
Within this role you will:
Work as part of a team on our bespoke laser drilling machines to produce aircraft parts
Follow our Standard Operating Procedures and engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances to ensure quality standards are achieved
Using our computer software to ensure that programmes are carried out correctly and efficiently
Adhere to strict Health and Safety practices
To be successful in one of these roles you will:
Have proven experience in CNC machining, milling or laser cutting
Always work safely, complying with safety requirements
Carry out the role effectively and efficiently
Have meticulous attention to detail and work in line with quality standards
Generate ideas which promote process improvement
Have good communication skills
Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable
