Purpose

Working within the Community Management team your primary responsibility will be the on‑boarding of new suppliers and customers to the Tradex network and provide support to existing suppliers to promote and enable their continued use and further adoption of Causeway services.

Key Responsibilities

  • On‑boarding of new suppliers – making initial contact by telephone and email, facilitating on‑boarding to the Tradex network by inviting suppliers on behalf of a customer, supporting the supplier through the registration process and successful transmission of their first electronic invoice.
  • Use appropriate tools to onboard suppliers and track/report on onboarding progress and status.
  • Communicate with the team to ensure all members are kept up to date with progress.
  • Provide support to existing suppliers on the Tradex network with queries relating to their use and continued on‑boarding or adoption of Causeway services.
  • Identify opportunities for the upsell of additional services to suppliers and pass details to the right team.
  • Play a key role within a project team setting in the successful delivery of customer on‑boarding projects and ongoing managed service.
  • Deliver highly professional project services in accordance with approved company processes to provide a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Work as part of a team delivering multiple projects.
  • Perform other duties as management may reasonably require from time to time.

  • Understands supply chain processes, ideally e‑procurement, e‑invoicing and the source‑to‑pay process, and is able to convey and sell the benefits to customers and suppliers.

Desirable

  • Previous experience or knowledge of the supply chain process, ideally e‑procurement, e‑invoicing and the source‑to‑pay process.
  • Experience of working and delivering in a project setting as part of a multi‑functional team.
  • Experience of working in a call centre environment and meeting daily volume/output targets.
  • Calm and objective with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
  • Minimum A‑Level qualification or equivalent preferred.
