As our Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and generating new sales opportunities through proactive outreach. You will engage with the UK’s leading Consultants, Developers, and Local Authorities, helping them embrace digital transformation and sustainable solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage senior-level decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities
- Book qualified discovery calls for New Business Representatives
- Communicate our product value propositions effectively and understand prospect needs
- Consistently achieve required sales activity metrics and targets (calls, emails, research)
- Research industry trends and identify potential leads for sales campaigns
- Work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate sales data and progress
You’re Perfect For This Role If You Have
- A positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
- Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to work independently
- Strong digital savvy and quick learning abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Degree level, diploma, or equivalent education (preferred)
