Purpose

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through proactive outbound calls and outreach. You’ll engage with prospects across the UK, particularly within the construction and built environment sector, understanding their needs and identifying the right solutions. Your key tasks will include lead generation, booking meetings, and qualifying prospects to help grow our business. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams to build qualified sales opportunities and manage them through to a successful conclusion, contributing to our overall revenue growth.

    • Sales Development
    • Consistently achieve required sales activity metrics and targets (calls, emails, research)
    • Identify and engage senior‑level decision‑makers to uncover new business opportunities
    • Book qualified discovery calls for New Business Representatives
    • Communicate Causeway’s product value propositions to prospects and understand their needs
    • Identify and address prospective customer pain points
    • Research industry trends and identify potential leads for sales campaigns
    • Work with marketing and sales teams to generate new leads and build awareness
    • Build a deep understanding of the target market and stay informed on competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Data Management
    • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate sales data and progress
    • Carry out data cleansing and building activities to support marketing and sales campaigns
    • Identify renewal opportunities and manage customer data efficiently
