Purpose
This role is responsible for owning and managing Causeway’s marketing systems, data, and automation, acting as the central hub across Marketing, Sales, and the Business Unit Marketers to build the operational foundations our go-to-market strategy depends on. Day-to-day, this means building HubSpot workflows, owning data builds and campaign assets, enriching and segmenting our contact database, and ensuring the wider team is working from a single source of truth with clean, consistent data and well-defined processes at every stage of the funnel.
You’ll also play a key part in defining how we operate as an AI-first marketing function, helping shape and implement our AI-first marketing automation strategy, advising the wider marketing team on AI processes, and raising the overall maturity of how we use technology. As the team’s authority on our MarTech stack, you’ll ensure our tools are fit-for-purpose as we scale and that we’re staying ahead of what’s possible. This role supports UK and international marketing teams across the US and Europe, as well as the broader business.

- Troubleshoot the lead management process end-to-end, ensuring all flows are working correctly and leads are progressing through the right stages accurately.
- Support the product communications process, ensuring timely and well-executed outreach.
- Data Management & Segmentation
- Own the target segment data strategy, defining system properties, working with external data partners, and regularly enriching and refreshing our contact database.
- Ensure our data is well-structured, accurately segmented, and maintained to a standard that supports confident GTM decision-making.
- Build background process workflows to maintain a clean, well-structured lead management architecture.

- Help define and implement an AI-first marketing automation strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI into workflows, processes, and how the team operates day-to-day.
- Serve as the team’s go-to adviser on AI processes, guiding Business Unit Marketers on how to incorporate AI effectively into their own workflows.
- Periodically review the MarTech stack to ensure it remains fit-for-purpose as the business scales, evaluating new tools and retiring those that no longer serve us.
- Train and implement AI bots and tools to improve team efficiency, documentation, and how we use our tech stack.
- Administer sales enablement platforms and ensure task and project management tooling is configured and fit-for-purpose.
- Team Enablement & Process Improvement
